About Mogan
There have been several developments in the Mogan area over the last couple of years. Most work is now finished and the results are excellent. The new Cordial hotel and apartments are now fully open and doing well. The Mogan Plaza shopping center is beginning to attract new businesses and the night club opens soon.
There have been several new apartments built on the playa and these are selling well even in these difficult times. The Playa area is now more or less completely developed and there is not much scope for further building in this area. Once the new motorway opens the property here will be even more sought after, now is the time to invest here.
There have been some new developments in the Valle de Mogan a new development of 8 houses in El Cercado is now complete. These 3 bedroom houses are good value with prices starting at 250,000 Euros! Including garage and completely fitted kitchens.
Heating of water is by way of solar panels. This is now compulsory on all new developments in Gran Canaria there being so much sunshine here it would be silly not to make good use of it.
